"THE EXPEDITION" SET PROGRAMS- (SHARED)
Our master guides are reserved for these programs which have set daily schedules. Quality of experience is the focus. You are usually with the same guide throughout your stay. Small expedition groups of fellow travelers join together for the best we have to offer. Itinerary is set- (see schedule of packages below).

Charge: $155-$190 pp/per night / min 2 (see package price schedule below)

Notes:. Also less 10% for a booking party of 4 plus persons.

CUSTOM ITINERARY PROGRAM- (SHARED)
The focus here is on you customizing your program to go to the destinations, from our list, which you prefer. Guides and sub-contractors may change from day to day. Includes your choice of day tours except on transfer days. The tours available are: Mt Pine Ridge, Cahal Pech, Xunantunich, jungle river trip, Butterfly farm, and the Natural History Museum., Tikal, Caracol, Che Chem Ha Pottery Cave, and Barton Creek Cave. We reserve the right to change the order. (For programs of less than 4 nights a surcharge of $25 pp is added if you choose Tikal)

Charge:

· 2-3 nights- $215 pp/ per night /min 2 persons

· 4-6 nights- $190 pp/ per night /min 2 persons

· 7 + nights- $160 pp/ per night /min 2 persons

Buy "A la Carte" the tours after you arrive. Availability of guides and vehicles are not guaranteed although staff will make their best effort to arrange. This is sometimes expensive if you can't find other people to join you.

Notes: Parties of 4 or more adults get a 10% discount. Groups of 8 or more adults should ask for a group quote. Both "package programs" are all inclusive of lodging, guide, vehicle, entries, taxes, and s.c.. (but not government exit fees) Both the "Expedition" program and the "Custom Itinerary" program above are in cottages but savings can be achieved by asking for a room instead of a cottage. Packages are based on doubles but triples and quads are available and can provide additional savings. Children under 12 years are half price on packages. Children under 6 on package program are $20 per night. Children are expected to be in room with family unless paying adult fare. We reserve the right to refuse anyone, including children, on a tour due to poor behavior. In this case we will do our best to arrange a private tour. Any additional expenses will have to be born by the party. Tips for guides are not included but are encouraged. Minimum hotel staff tips are included but recognition of very exceptional service is encouraged. We can help you "mix & match" programs. If you want a couple of days at the end to just relax, would like to do an overnight Tikal, etc. just let us know and we will do our best to make it work for you.
